1. How much do your rentals cost?
We price things in two ways, individual prices and packages. Just send us a list of things you're interested in and we will price it out for you. For quick reference, here is a general price list to give you an idea of our price range. {General Price List}

2. Do you have a minimum order?
In order to qualify for delivery, you must have an minimum order of $300. If your order is less than $300, you may pick up and drop off at our location.

3. How do we pay?
We prefer payment via email money transfer. Cash is acceptable if you are picking up from our location. If you need to pay via credit card, the transaction fees will also be added to your order.

4. Do you deliver? How much would it be to my venue?
Our general delivery to local venues is $150. A custom quote for delivery will vary based on the time and a distance we are required to travel if your venue is outside our area. Delivery includes drop off and pickup. If your venues requires pick up right after your event ends, we do charge an extra $100 late night pick up fee. 

5. Do you have a showroom? Can I make an appointment?
We don't have a showroom that is set up with all our inventory. Everything is stored in our barn but you can request

3. We will reply promptly to your inquiry, possibly request more information and email you more information.

4. If you require an in person consultation we will set up a time for you to address any questions you may have and finalize the items you wish to rent. 

5. We will send you a rental agreement form and require a signed copy and a 50% non refundable deposit within two weeks of receiving the agreement. You may pay via e-mail money transfer, cheque or cash. 

6. One week prior to your event we will send you an invoice with the remaining amount owing and a confirmation email will be sent with final details outlining the agreed to pick up and/or delivery arrangement.

7. The day after your event, unless previously discussed, the items are to be returned by you, or picked up in a secure designated pickup area/location, carefully repacked for maximum damage protection.
