Working With Us

We provide all the floral design components for your wedding based on your vision & produced with our professional floral experience & personal creativity.

We deliver, set up & style all your flowers at your venue for your ceremony & reception.

Our style reflects a natural garden aesthetic, where greenery flows and flowers are designed with organic movement and style.

During the Ontario growing season (June - September), we grow flowers on our 2 acres, selecting certain varieties and colours, specifically for your wedding. The flowers are harvested just days before your event, ensuring the freshest blooms. We also try to source locally from other farms in our area & shop at Toronto’s flower markets for imports.

The Booking Process

  • Get in touch with us on our contact page and we’ll email you some information to get started

  • Book a 30 minute phone consultation to chat with Shannon or Teresa about your ideas

  • We’ll send you an initial quote as a starting point for your wedding flowers & our booking information

  • To book our services, we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit (all done online to keep things easy!)

FAQs

  • These are basic guidelines, as all quotes are personalize for your wedding and ideas.

    $2000 - $3500 will mainly cover your personals (bouquets/bouts), something for your ceremony arch, and simple table decor (just greenery or bud vases)

    $3500- $5000 will cover your personals, ceremony arch and 2 altar pieces, small compote florals for tables

    $5000 - $7500 will over all the above, plus head table decor, larger table compotes and ex

  • We’ll get in touch with you about 5 weeks prior to your wedding for a final details meeting over the phone. This is where we go over delivery details, timing, set up details, final table count and other final floral decisions.

    In the months between, feel free to email us new ideas or any updated information, but we don’t update your order until the final details meeting.

  • It really depends on where your event is located & how many items you’ve rented to be picked up. Our base price for late night pick up starts at $500 with pick up beginning at 11:30pm.

  • All our initial inquiries are bookings are done by phone. We do offer in person final detail meeting for our larger weddings (+$5000) but most of the time everything is finalized on the phone!
